ppRINA is currently recruiting for a bReal Estate Senior HSE Advisor /b to join its office in Genova within the bReal Estate HSSE Management /b Division. /p h3Mission /h3 pA Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Senior Advisor typically plays a crucial role in supporting the HSE function within an organization. The role ensures the application of the Corporate and Company policies, developing and implementing security policies, guidelines, procedures and protocols, for the security of Company assets, projects and business travels. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 pRegulatory Compliance: /p ul liStay updated on local, state, and federal health, safety, and environmental regulations. /li liEnsure that the organization complies with all relevant laws and standards. /li /ul pRisk Assessment and Management: /p ul liConduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards in the workplace. /li liDevelop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and prevent accidents or incidents. /li /ul pHSE Policies and Procedures: /p ul liDevelop, implement, and enforce HSE policies and procedures. /li liCommunicate these policies to employees and ensure understanding and adherence. /li /ul pTraining and Education: /p ul liDevelop and deliver HSE training programs for employees at all levels. /li liCreate educational materials and promote awareness of health and safety issues. /li /ul pIncident Investigation: /p ul liLead investigations into accidents, incidents, or near-misses to determine root causes. /li liImplement corrective actions to prevent similar occurrences in the future. /li /ul pEmergency Response Planning: /p ul liDevelop and maintain emergency response plans. /li liOrganize and conduct drills and training exercises to prepare employees for emergencies. /li /ul pInspections and Audits: /p ul liConduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and areas of non-compliance. /li liWork with other departments to address and rectify identified issues. /li /ul pData Analysis and Reporting: /p ul liCollect and analyze HSE data to identify trends and areas for improvement. /li liPrepare reports on HSE performance for management and regulatory authorities. /li /ul pCollaboration with Other Departments: /p ul liCollaborate with departments such as operations, engineering,



and human resources to integrate HSE considerations into daily activities. /li liParticipate in project planning to ensure HSE requirements are met. /li /ul pEnvironmental Management: /p ul liManage environmental programs, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. /li liImplement strategies to reduce the organization's environmental impact. /li /ul pCommunication: /p ul liCommunicate regularly with employees, management, and external stakeholders about HSE issues. /li liFoster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility within the organization. /li /ul pContinuous Improvement: /p ul liIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement in HSE processes and procedures. /li liStay informed about industry best practices and technological advancements. /li /ul pDocumentation and Record Keeping: /p ul liMaintain accurate and up-to-date records related to HSE activities. /li liEnsure documentation is available for regulatory inspections and audits. /li /ul pTraining and Development: /p ul liStay current with advancements in HSE practices through professional development. /li liPursue relevant certifications and attend training programs as needed. /li /ul h3Education /h3 pBachelor’s Degree in Healthcare or Environmental Science /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in health, safety, and environmental roles, especially in a related industry, can be valuable. This may include experience in conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and implementing HSE programs. /li liRelevant certifications can enhance a candidate's profile. Common certifications include: ul liCertified Safety Professional (CSP) /li liOccupational Health and Safety Technician (OHST) /li liAssociate Safety Professional (ASP) /li liNEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) /li liOSHA 30-Hour or 40-Hour General Industry Certification /li /ul /li liStrong understanding of local, state, and federal health, safety,
