For our own projects, we are looking for: Field Services Engineer – Bar & Tube Finishing LinesSi assicuri che tutte le informazioni della sua candidatura siano aggiornate e corrette prima di cogliere questa occasione.Start Date: ASAPContract Duration: Minimum 1 year, divided across multiple assignments/contractsWork Locations: Mexico, Europe and IndiaRotation: Up to 90 days on site / 14 days offDutiesCoordinate and execute the commissioning and start-up of bar and tube finishing plants and production lines.Supervise electromechanical and mechatronic activities from installation through commissioning, final testing and handover.Support equipment including:2-roll straightening machinesMulti-roll straightening machinesInspection and reconditioning systemsPeeling machinesCombined coil-to-bar drawing linesDraw benchesChamfering machinesShearsAbrasive and disc cutting machinesCoordinate and provide technical support to automation personnel during commissioning activities.Identify and manage technical and operational issues encountered during installation and commissioning.Interface continuously with Project Management and technical departments.Liaise with the commissioning representatives to ensure activities are completed according to contractual technical specifications.Support final testing and acceptance activities.Provide training and technical support to the operating personnel.RequirementsTechnical Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Aeronautical Engineering/Technology or a related technical discipline.Previous experience as an Electromechanical or Mechatronic Commissioning / Start-Up Technician is preferred.Experience with bar and tube finishing equipment is highly valued.Candidates with experience in machine tools, automated production lines or similar industrial machinery will also be considered.Ability to read mechanical technical drawings, electrical diagrams, hydraulic schematics and pneumatic schematics.Good knowledge of English.Strong leadership, teamwork and coordination skills.Good communication and client-facing abilities.Availability for long-term international assignments and travel.Junior technical profiles interested in developing their career in commissioning may also be considered and trained on the specific equipment. xysqume Profile Middle East upholds workplace equality and diversity, assessing candidates solely on merit, qualifications, and potential.
