The Controller will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the administrative and accounting activities of the production site, overseeing management control processes, and ensuring compliance with Italian accounting standards and Group policies. /ppbr / /ppstrongReporting Lines /strong /ppDirect report to: Plant Director /ppFunctional report to: CFO /ppbr / /ppstrongResponsibilities /strong /pulliFinancial Management Accounting /liliManage daily accounting operations: general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, fixed assets, inventory accounting. /liliEnsure financial data is accurate and compliant with Italian local accounting standards and Group unified accounting policiesLead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing; br / prepare financial statements and management reports for Group consolidation. /liliDrive annual budget preparation, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis.Manage invoice processing, tax filing data, bank reconciliations, and basic cash flow records. /liliCoordinate with Group and external auditors for annual and interim audits. /liliTax Management Audit SupportEnsure timely and accurate Italian tax filings (VAT, corporate income tax, IRAP, payroll taxes). /liliSupport transfer pricing documentation for cross-border transactions (China, Hong Kong, related parties).



/liliAct as key point of contact for Group audits at the Italy factory, including inventory counts, fixed asset inspections, and revenue/cost substantiation testing. /liliManage local Italian tax audits and inspections. /liliReview local contracts and transactions for tax implications and flag potential risks.Internal Control Compliance /liliAssist in establishing and enforcing internal control procedures in line with HK listing rules. /liliCooperate with the Group’s internal audit team on internal audit and compliance reviews. /liliTeam Collaboration Support /liliSupport the Plant Manager in preparing reports and analyses for Group and factory management. /liliCollaborate with production, procurement, sales, and other departments. /liliPromote the implementation of Group finance and audit policies at the Italy factory. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongQualification /strong /pulliDegree in Economics or Management Engineering. /liliAt least 5–8 years of experience in Management Control, Administration, or related sectors. /liliStrong knowledge of accounting, tax, and fiscal regulations. /liliKnowledge of financial statement preparation principles. /liliProficiency with function-specific application software. /liliKnowledge and correct application of administrative procedures. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongSoft skills /strong /pulliattention to order and quality, autonomy, analytical ability, organizational awareness, relationship building, flexibility, commitment to management, group leadership, customer orientation, result orientation, confidentiality, respect for company mission and timelines, spirit of initiative. /li /ulpbr / /p
