The role provides end-to-end leadership across project management, construction, commissioning, and handover phases, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with approved design intent, client governance, and international standards. The role acts as the primary Project Management and Implementation authority, coordinating internal teams, contractors, consultants, and authorities to ensure consistent delivery outcomes across the international portfolio. /ppbr / /ppstrongKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: /strong /pulliLead and manage end-to-end implementation of the data centre projects from mobilization through construction, commissioning, and handover. /liliEnsure alignment with approved design, Employer’s Requirements, client governance, contractual obligations and local authorities’ requirements. /liliTranslate project objectives into executable delivery plans across regions and sites. /liliOversee project and construction activities across different sites, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, schedule, and cost targets. /liliLead coordination between internal stakeholders (Operations,



IT, Security, Design and Planning) and external contractors and vendors. /liliChair regular project, site, and progress meetings; provide clear direction and issue resolution. /liliManage project and construction risks, variations, and claims in coordination with commercial and contracts teams. /liliOversee commissioning activities, performance testing, and readiness reviews to ensure operational requirements are met. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongQUALIFICATIONS COMPETENCIES: /strong /ppbr / /pulliBachelor’s degree in Engineering, (Master’s degree preferred). /lili 10 + years of experience in Data Centre’s Project Management and implementation, with at least 7 years in Director role. /liliStrong understanding of Data Centers infrastructure, including servers, storage, network systems, cooling, power management, and security. /liliExperience in Data Centers infrastructure mission critical project implementation and delivery /liliExperience in data centers, mission-critical, industrial, or major infrastructure projects. /liliStrong knowledge of HVAC, cooling systems, and mechanical installations. /liliExperience in testing, commissioning, and project handover. /liliStrong contractor management, technical review, and problem-solving skills. /liliEffective planning, coordination, stakeholder management, and collaboration. /liliStrong focus on quality, safety, and results. /li /ulpbr / /ppbr / /p
