We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to join our Launch and Expansion team. You will lead infrastructure projects and network strategy across Europe to optimize last-mile delivery nodes, improve operational efficiency, and support sustainable growth. This role involves partnering with Engineering, Finance, Design and Construction, and Supply Chain teams to execute key network initiatives.

Annual Salary: 35000€ - 42000€ esperienza 3 anni responsabilità - Project Management: Lead a portfolio of regional infrastructure and maintenance projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

- Site Upgrades: Plan and oversee enhancements to existing sites, including offices and floor layouts, to support last-mile delivery fleet operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Operations, Real Estate, Finance,



and Engineering teams to elevate site performance standards.
- Strategy & Governance: Develop detailed business cases and strategic documents to secure approval from director-level leadership. qualifiche Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in Program/Project Management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL.
- Experience defining program requirements using data, standardizing processes, and working with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications - Master's degree.

- Track record of end-to-end delivery, continuous improvement, and presenting results to executive leadership.
