Important: We can only host students that are currently studying in Europe and EU candidate countries, and the ones that can use the Erasmus trainee-ship program or that have scholarships. Please consider that our internship is unpaid.

- Develop engaging and original storylines for a visual novel game.
- Write and design branching story paths, ensuring choices impact the narrative and lead to multiple endings.
- Create additional scenes to enrich the game world and deepen character development.
- Collaborate with developers team to integrate the story seamlessly with gameplay mechanics.
- Edit and refine scripts to ensure high-quality writing and coherent story progression.
- Ensure all written content aligns with the game’s tone, style, and genre.

Required Qualifications

- - Familiarity with narrative design principles and techniques for interactive media.
- Strong writing skills with a focus on storytelling and narrative development.
- Experience or coursework in creative writing, screenwriting, or a related field.
- Ability to develop complex characters and plotlines that can branch into multiple outcomes.
- Understanding of visual novel formats and mechanics.
- Proficiency with writing tools such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and specialized scriptwriting software (e.g., Final Draft, Celtx).




- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Passion for games and interactive storytelling.
- Would be a plus:
- Familiarity with branching story structures and nonlinear storytelling techniques.
- Basic understanding of game engines like Unity or Godot.
Skills and Experience Gained By The End Of The Internship
- - Hands-on experience in narrative design and writing for interactive media.
- Exposure to the game development process and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
- Advanced skills in creating branching narratives and multiple story endings.
- Enhanced ability to write engaging and immersive stories.

Plot Writer We are seeking a talented and creative Plot Writer Intern to join our game development team. This position is perfect for someone who loves storytelling and has a passion for creating interactive and branching narratives. As a Plot Writer Intern, you will be responsible for crafting compelling storylines for a visual novel game, developing dialogue system, additional scenes, and creating multiple endings based on player choices and scores.
