HSPI S.p.A., a leading management consulting firm specializing in IT Governance services and part of the TXT Group, is looking for a Junior Consultant to join and strengthen its team at the Bologna office.

The successful candidate will be based at a major client in the insurance sector in Bologna and will be involved in IT and digital transformation projects, acting as a key interface with the client and business stakeholders.

Main Responsabilities

- Support project activities and operational coordination, following the various project tasks;
- Participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders, managing discussions and information sharing;
- Gather and analyze requirements, supporting the definition of project needs;
- Support the management and monitoring of project activities, tracking progress and deadlines;
- Prepare documentation and presentations to support project activities;
- Collaborate with IT and business teams, fostering coordination and alignment across the different functions involved.

Required Technical Skills

- Degree or diploma in STEM, Economics, Management, or related fields;
- Interest in IT and consulting.

The profile is completed by excellent communication and interpersonal skills, professionalism, strong client-facing presence, attention to detail, organizational autonomy, problem-solving skills, an aptitude for managing relationships with clients and stakeholders,



and a strong teamworking and results-oriented mindset. Education: Degree or diploma in STEM, Economics, Management, or related fields.
