/li /brliEnsuring the proper execution of in-store procedures (administrative tasks, cash control, security, stock management, etc.).
/li /brliEnsuring a smooth flow of information and reporting situations encountered in the field.
/li /brliRecruiting, coaching, evaluating, and motivating sales teams.

/p /brul /brliYou have 5 to 10 years of experience in similar roles as a Regional Manager overseeing a network of stores.
/li /brliYou have excellent knowledge of the retail sector (ideally in cosmetics, personal care, or beauty).
/li /brliYou know how to implement a commercial strategy across multiple stores through concrete and ambitious actions and objectives.
/li /brliYou have a hands-on mindset and enjoy being close to your teams on a daily basis.
/li /brliYou possess natural leadership and know how to coach your teams to develop their skills and engagement.
/li /brliYou have strong analytical skills and can find solutions to any problems that arise day-to-day.
/li /brliYou are flexible and able to travel to your stores, ensuring a strong in-field presence, including certain weekends during peak periods.
/li /brliYou have a good command of IT tools.
