Overview
In this Operations Manager role, you will support site leadership to enhance revenue and cut costs while maintaining top-tier people management. You will oversee operational standards and profitability, drive standardization and continuous improvement, and lead a culture that prioritizes sustainability. You'll monitor and strategize the operation's span of control, align warehouse activities with customer needs, and role-model the company culture. This is a hands-on, cross-functional leadership position in a fast-paced logistics environment with a clear impact on customers and colleagues.

Monthly review of span of control and strategy development
Promote culture and sustainability initiatives

Oversee warehouse management: daily planning, flows, data accuracy, and stock control for IN/OUT/returns
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor's degree in engineering/economics or Master's in supply chain
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the Supply Chain/Manufacturing industry
