/p /brpThis is not just a traditional Data Engineering role.
You will design and deliver AI-powered workflows, intelligent agents and applications leveraging the full bPalantir Foundry ecosystem and Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP) /b.
/p /brh3What you'll do /h3 /brul /brliDesign and build scalable data pipelines, transformations and applications within Palantir Foundry.
/li /brliDevelop and deploy AI-powered use cases, including copilots, retrieval workflows and decision-support agents.
/li /brliBuild intelligent workflows using bRAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) /b, vector search, embeddings and Ontology content.
/li /brliApply bOntology-Augmented Generation (OAG) /b to support operational decision-making.
/li /brliCollaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
/li /brliWork alongside senior engineers on agent design, instructions, testing and evaluation using AIP native capabilities.
/li /brliDrive end-to-end delivery, from requirements gathering to production deployment.
/li /brliSupport business users in adopting Foundry and AIP solutions.
/li /brliEnsure high standards of data quality, governance and responsible AI.
/li /br /ul /brh3What we're looking for /h3 /brul /brli8+ years of experience in IT and Data.
/li /brli5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or Data Platform Engineer.
/li /brli2+ years of hands?on experience with the bPalantir Foundry ecosystem /b, including data integration, Ontology, pipelines and applications.




/li /brli1+ year of practical experience with bPalantir AIP /b, including AI-powered workflows, copilots, RAG or agent-based applications.
/li /brliStrong knowledge of bPython, PySpark, SQL and Data Modelling /b.
/li /brliExperience connecting AI solutions with enterprise data sources, vector search and Ontology-based architectures.
/li /brliAbility to work independently and engage directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
/li /brliStrong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset.
/li /br /ul /brh3Nice to have /h3 /brul /brliFamiliarity with AIP Agent Studio, including agents, instructions, tools and testing.
/li /brliExperience with AIP Evals and evaluation-driven AI development.
/li /brliKnowledge of APIs, MCP and cloud integration patterns.
/li /brliBackground in Consulting, Applied AI or Machine Learning.
/li /brliPrevious experience working in Abu Dhabi or the wider MENA region.
