Overview
In this role you help clients stabilize their businesses through restructuring and financial advisory. You will work within the Deal Advisory and Restructuring teams to support complex transactions and distressed scenarios for multinational and local clients. You'll analyse financial performance, build models, and engage with lenders and stakeholders to drive sustainable changes. The role offers exposure to Italy's leading clients and international projects, with a strong emphasis on impact and professional growth. Responsabilità
analyse the financial performance of target companies to identify financial position




perform financial modelling and develop business plans
conduct independent reviews of business plans
negotiate with main stakeholders (financial institutions and creditors)
engage in distressed M&A; activities with industrial partners and funds
Requisiti fondamentali
6/7 years of experience in financial restructuring, company crisis and/or corporate finance
experience or strong interest in grants and incentives (PNRR and other incentives)
specialist degree in business with a finance/AFC focus and/or engineering management (for finance)
excellent command of English (study/work abroad preferred)
excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
