pSilversea is seeking a Pastry Chef to lead our pastry and bakery operations aboard a luxury international cruise ship.
You will oversee production for all meals, create showpieces for buffets, and coordinate pastry demonstrations to delight guests.
/ppReports to the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef, you will supervise the pastry team, ensure strict sanitation, cost controls, and compliance with public health standards.
STCW95 and 4+ years in a 5-star setting are required.
