/ph3About the Role /h3pThe Procurement Specialist supports the Procurement Third Party Management (TPM) function across the Mediterranean Region, ensuring efficient, compliant and value-driven sourcing of goods and services.
The role contributes to cost optimization, supplier performance management, and effective governance of third parties, in line with Company policies and Group standards.
/ph3Responsibilities /h3h3Procurement Operations /h3ulliManage end-to-end procurement processes for goods and services across the Mediterranean Region, from request to purchase order issuance and follow-up.
/liliEnsure timely and accurate processing of purchase requests, in close coordination with internal stakeholders.
/liliIssue purchase orders and manage day-to-day follow-up, proactively identifying and resolving issues related to delivery, quality, quantities or contractual terms.
/liliEnsure compliance with internal procurement policies, procedures, delegation of authorities and Group standards.
/liliSupport tendering processes, negotiated procedures and supplier selection activities in collaboration with the Procurement team.
/liliCreate, maintain and update supplier master data within procurement systems (e.g. Ivalua, SAP or equivalent tools).
/liliCollect, review and manage contracts, price lists and commercial offers from suppliers.




/liliMonitor suppliers' performance against agreed KPIs, service levels and contractual commitments.
/liliSupport supplier negotiations and commercial discussions alongside the Procurement team.
/liliAct as an interface between internal requestors and suppliers for operational and contractual matters.
/li /ulh3Third Party Management (TPM) /h3ulliSupport the execution of the TPM process in accordance with Company and Group requirements.
/liliSupport the execution of TPM activities, including supplier onboarding, documentation collection, compliance checks and monitoring activities.
/liliWork closely with Finance to ensure alignment between procurement demand, budgets and expected spend.
/liliVerify purchasing conditions, payment terms and financial coding on purchase orders.
/liliSupport spend analysis, reporting and data quality initiatives.
/liliPrepare procurement analyses and reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
/li /ulh3Process Improvement Compliance /h3ulliContribute to initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, standardization and cost effectiveness across the Region.
/liliContribute to the continuous improvement of procurement and TPM processes.
/liliEnsure accurate and timely digital archiving of procurement documentation, in line with internal guidelines and audit requirements.
/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's Degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
/liliUp to 3 years of professional experience in Procurement, Purchasing or Supply Chain functions.
/liliGood command of English both written and spoken.
Spanish is a plus.
/li /ulh3Required Skills /h3ulliStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.




/liliExperience with procurement and ERP systems (e.g. Ivalua, SAP or similar).
/liliSolid negotiation and supplier management skills.
