/liliDefine project scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables.
/liliCoordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring alignment and execution according to agreed plans.
/liliOrganize and lead regular project governance meetings and status updates.
/liliMonitor project progress, deadlines, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
/liliMaintain project documentation, status reports, issue logs, risk registers, and lessons learned.
/liliDefine quality criteria and acceptance requirements, coordinating testing, validation, and post-migration verification to ensure service continuity and minimal disruption for end users.
