/p pYou will work closely with senior developers, architects, product teams, vendors and /p pbusiness stakeholders, taking ownership of ambiguous technical problems from /p pdefinition through execution.
/p pThe role initially operates as a senior individual contributor position, with potential /p pevolution toward a Product Owner or similar role depending on experience and aspirations.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liTake ownership of large, ambiguous technical transformation initiatives from initial definition through delivery.
/li liBreak complex technical problems into clear, executable workstreams.
/li liCoordinate and align engineering teams, architects,



product teams, vendors and multiple business entities.
/li liWork directly with technical teams to understand architecture, dependencies, integrations and implementation constraints.
/li liChallenge technical designs, assumptions, estimates and proposed solutions when necessary.
/li liEvaluate technical trade-offs and support sound decision-making.
/li liIdentify risks, dependencies and scalability issues before they become blockers.
/li liDrive alignment across teams and stakeholders without relying on formal authority.
/li liEnsure initiatives achieve a concrete technical outcome rather than simply tracking plans and milestones.
/li liSupport platform standardization, system integration and large-scale technology rollouts where relevant.
/li liOperate effectively in situations where requirements or solutions are initially unclear.
/li liStrong previous experience in a technical career path, such as: Software Engineering / Development; Solution or Software Architecture; Systems Engineering; Technical Integration Platform Engineering; Similar hands-on technical roles /li liStrong understanding of technical dependencies, integration challenges, scalability and implementation trade-offs.
/li liProduction coding is not required,



but the technical foundation must be sufficiently strong to challenge engineering decisions independently.
/li liTransformation Delivery /li liProven experience owning complex technical initiatives end to end.
/li liExperience working across multiple systems, teams, vendors or organizational entities.
/li liStrong ability to decompose large technical problems into manageable workstreams.
/li liExperience driving decisions and execution in highly cross-functional environments.
