/ppThe role combines technical support, troubleshooting, post-sales consulting, technical training, and collaboration with the Sales team.
The successful candidate will become a key technical point of reference for both customers and internal teams, in Italy and internationally.
/ppKey Responsibilities /pp - Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting.
/pp - Diagnose technical issues and identify effective solutions for CIAS security systems.
/pp - Deliver technical training and product demonstrations, both on-site and online, during pre-sales and post-sales activities.
/pp - Provide technical support to the Sales team in Italy and international markets.
/pp - Analyze technical specifications, customer requirements, and international project tenders.
/pp - Support the Sales department during trade shows, seminars, exhibitions, and technical events.




/pp - Work closely with RD and Technical Marketing to support product development and market activities.

/ppProfessional Requirements /pp - Several years of professional experience in technical service, technical support, field service, or a similar role.
/pp - Excellent command of spoken and written English – mandatory.
/pp - Degree, diploma, or equivalent technical background in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or a related field.
/pp - Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
/pp - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and technical software/applications.
/pp - Willingness to travel up to 25% of the working time, both in Italy and internationally.
/pp - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
