/p h3Job Description /h3 pThe Regional Healthcare Partner supports the commercial team in identifying and developing opportunities within the public healthcare market, contributing across the entire tender lifecycle.
This includes pre-tender activities, opportunity monitoring, tender management, and support for contract renegotiation and price review processes.
/p pReporting to the Strategic Tender Customer Procurement Relationship Manager and working within the Procurement Center of Excellence, the role collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Regulatory, and Tender Management teams to support procurement excellence, customer engagement, and sustainable business growth.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Tender Management /h3 ul liMonitor public tender opportunities and timelines.
/li liReview tender notices, specifications, and procurement documentation, identifying requirements, risks, and opportunities.
/li liCoordinate the preparation and submission of technical and commercial tender documentation.
/li liEnsure accuracy, quality, and compliance of submissions through cross-functional collaboration.
/li liSupport commercial teams throughout all tender phases.
/li /ul h3Pre-Tender Activities /h3 ul liSupport engagement with contracting authorities and procurement stakeholders.
/li liContribute to value-based purchasing initiatives, benchmarking activities, and health economics projects.
/li liAnalyze customer needs, market trends, and procurement models within the public healthcare sector.
/li liPartner with Sales and Marketing to identify business opportunities and influence future tender specifications.
/li /ul pProvide insights into market dynamics, competitor activity, and procurement trends.
/p h3Pricing Contract Support /h3 ul liSupport contract renegotiations,
price revision requests, and contractual amendments.
/li liCoordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and alignment with business objectives.
/li liAnalyze market, economic, and contractual data to support commercial decision-making.
/li liMonitor contract execution, vendor ratings, and performance objectives to ensure alignment between commercial strategies and contractual obligations.
/li /ul h3Business Cross-Functional Collaboration /h3 ul liPartner with Sales Managers and Account Managers to execute commercial strategies.
/li liProvide regular updates on tender activities, procurement developments, and business opportunities.
/li liContribute to best practice sharing and continuous process improvement.
/li liMaintain knowledge of public procurement legislation, healthcare purchasing models, and Public Administration procurement processes.
/li /ul h3About You /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
/li liUnderstanding of the Italian healthcare market, procurement environment, and demand drivers.
/li liExperience managing public tenders, complex negotiations, or procurement-related activities.
/li liAbility to operate effectively at both tactical and strategic levels while engaging diverse stakeholders.
/li liProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with strong English written and verbal communication skills.
/li liStrong analytical, organizational, and business acumen, with the ability to interpret tender, procurement, and market information while managing multiple priorities.
/li liExcellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across cross-functional teams and public healthcare stakeholders.
/li liUnderstanding of public procurement processes and customer needs, with experience navigating complex public healthcare environments and relevant tender regulations.
