/ppbr / /ppYou'll play a pivotal role in coordinating MEP design, installation, testing and commissioning, ensuring quality, safety and performance standards are achieved throughout.

/liliCoordinate and manage subcontractors, consultants and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of MEP packages.
/liliReview technical designs, method statements and submittals to ensure compliance with client specifications and data centre standards.
/liliMonitor progress, manage risks and drive issue resolution to maintain schedule and cost performance.
/liliOversee installation quality and ensure robust testing, commissioning and handover processes.
/liliAct as the main MEP point of contact with the client, project management team and key stakeholders.
/liliFoster a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to MiCiM and local HSE requirements.
/liliAbout You /liliStrong mechanical or electrical engineering background with hands-on experience in large-scale MEP delivery.
/liliProven track record as an MEP Lead or Senior MEP Manager on data centres, high-tech, pharmaceutical or other mission-critical projects.




/liliExcellent understanding of cooling technologies and mechanical systems typical of hyperscale or colocation data centres.
/liliAble to manage complex interfaces between trades and drive performance in fast-paced environments.
/liliStrong communicator with the confidence to lead meetings, engage stakeholders and represent MiCiM professionally.
/liliWillingness to work on-site in the Nordics; br / previous international project experience is an advantage.
