/li li4-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, ideally within an international environment.
/li liProven experience in Italian payroll and labor relations is essential.
/li liStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
/li liResilience, emotional intelligence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
/li liFluent Italian (C2) and English (C1) required /li liFamiliarity with HR communication and reporting tools is a plus.
