We are looking for a Dutch-Speaking B2B Sales Agent to join an international team supporting small and medium-sized businesses for a global leader in the industry.
In this role, you will focus on outbound sales, lead generation, business development, and pipeline management , helping businesses discover cloud-based products and solutions.
The role focuses on generating and qualifying sales opportunities rather than directly closing every sale.

Generate and qualify sales leads.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
Identify decision-makers and understand their business needs.
Present relevant cloud products, solutions, and upgrades.
Educate customers about the benefits of available solutions.




Identify opportunities for business growth.
Use CRM systems to manage leads and customer interactions.
Work toward agreed KPIs, including service levels and sales targets.
Requirements Dutch proficiency at C1 level .
Business English proficiency at C1 level .
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
Strong accountability and motivation.
Good PC skills and confidence using online tools and applications.
Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.
Diploma or bachelor's degree.
What We Offer €1,400 gross monthly salary for 14 months Quarterly performance bonus of up to 60% of one gross salary, with additional earning potential based on overachievement.
Transportation bonus of up to €100 per month after training, based on eligible on-site working days.
