The Palace Company Europe is seeking a Senior Sales Manager MICE to join its sales team.
Reporting directly to the Sales Director MICE Develop and implement sales action plans, proactively generating new business through prospecting, sales calls and an established network of contacts, while managing the entire sales process from enquiry to negotiation and closing; Act as a senior and autonomous representative of Baglioni Hotels Monitor market developments, competitor activity and industry trends, identifying new markets and segments and providing relevant market intelligence and recommendations to the Sales Director; Monitor MICE, Wedding and Corporate sales performance, identifying gaps and opportunities and taking corrective actions to achieve and exceed annual sales targets, while ensuring accurate and up-to-date account information in the PMS; Develop strong relationships with LHW, key industry partners and internal stakeholders, represent Baglioni Hotels Established network of MICE, Wedding and Corporate contacts,



with strong business development and relationship-management skills; Strong negotiation, commercial and communication skills, with the seniority and confidence to independently represent a luxury hospitality brand in front of high-profile clients and partners; Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken; Knowledge of Spanish is a plus; Willingness to travel frequently for client visits, trade shows, and site inspections.
What we offer: Full-time contract with a gross annual salary in the range of €40,000–€45,000 will be offered, depending on the candidate's seniority and experience; Dynamic and stimulating work environment with international exposure and opportunities to develop a strong network of high-profile clients and partners.
