The Opportunity ArupItalia s.r.l. is looking for an Accounting Assistant for our finance team for a 12 month fixed term contract assignment.
Reporting to the Finance Business Partner, the successful candidate will be engaged in: Accounts payables management; Expense claims management; Intrastat filing; Bank and credit card reconciliations; Liaising with external auditors for their areas of expertise; Management of administrative and accounting procedures in general,



as required; Is this role right for you?
High school diploma in Accounting; 5 years' experience in accounting; Background in similarly organized contexts: limited companies in consulting/services sector with project-based accounting, under the ordinary accounting regime; Basic knowledge of Italian accounting principles; Availability: Tempo pieno; Operational autonomy and willingness to work simultaneously on multiple sw tools; English B2 Knowledge of JDE, Esolver; Apply if your experience covers these areas and you are motivated to join a growing and fast paced international group.
