Overview
In this role you lead the Electronics sourcing strategy and build a resilient supplier base to enable growth and new product introductions. You collaborate across R&D;, Industrialization, Quality, Production and Supply Chain to ensure supplier readiness, cost competitiveness and technology alignment. You drive supplier development, cost improvements and risk management for an electronics-driven portfolio. You will engage in data-driven decisions and digital initiatives to optimize sourcing performance.

Responsabilità
Define and implement sourcing strategies for the Electronics commodity
Develop and manage suppliers for electronic components, PCB assemblies, EMS providers, power electronics, sensors, connectivity solutions and related technologies
Drive supplier development initiatives focused on quality, capacity, manufacturing robustness, delivery performance and continuous improvement
Support new product introductions by ensuring supplier readiness, component availability and industrial feasibility
Collaborate with R&D; Hardware, Industrialization and Quality teams to evaluate technical solutions and supplier capabilities
Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities through should-cost analysis,



value engineering and supplier collaboration
Support lifecycle management including EOL monitoring, alternative sourcing strategies and continuity planning
Lead supplier performance reviews and development plans for strategic electronics suppliers
Identify emerging technologies, suppliers and market trends relevant to future product roadmaps
Analyze sourcing and supply chain data independently and provide actionable recommendations for optimization and risk mitigation
Support digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives within the Sourcing organization
Requisiti fondamentali
5+ years of experience in electronics sourcing, supplier development, technical procurement or supplier quality within manufacturing environments
Strong knowledge of electronic components, PCB assemblies, EMS suppliers and electronics manufacturing processes
Experience supporting NPI, industrialization and supplier qualification activities
Knowledge of cost engineering, value engineering and supply chain risk management principles
Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP MM
Experience with Power BI, advanced Excel and data-driven decision making
Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in Italian and English
