Overview
In this role you ensure timely delivery of non-merchandise materials to warehouses and stores, coordinating with suppliers, carriers, KerOps, and Brand teams. You drive end-to-end logistics flow to optimize processes and support stock availability. You collaborate across Brands to align distribution with market needs and production capacity. You help sustain an efficient, accurate supply chain that underpins a premium in-store experience.

Responsabilità
Act as central point of contact between suppliers, carriers, Kering Operations and Brand functions to ensure smooth flow of non-merchandise materials
Collaborate with Brands to align distribution planning with market demands and stock optimization
Review orders and production capacities to define quantities and scheduling priorities
Analyze non-merchandise flow status and report on stock levels and distribution




Respond proactively to urgent situations and mobilize resources to mitigate disruptions
Ensure actions from collection to warehouse delivery are timely and compliant with internal systems
Monitor stock evolution and adjust supply chain processes and workflows
Manage day-to-day relationships with suppliers, carriers and warehouses and track shipments
Requisiti fondamentali
Degree in Economics, Engineering or related fields (preferred)
Proficiency in English and Italian; French a plus
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; ERP system knowledge is a plus
Strong analytical and organizational skills, detail-oriented and accurate
Proactive, deadline-driven, problem-solving mindset; able to work independently and in a team
