The resource will be responsible for spray painting large artifacts and structural components for the rail-tram sector, ensuring the high quality standards required by specific painting cycles.
Fundamental requirements Consolidated and effective experience in industrial spray painting (liquid).
Competence in applying both solvent-based and water-based products.
Autonomy in product preparation,



mixing and adjustment of spray equipment.
Ability to read the product technical data sheet.
During the interview and profile evaluation, the following technical aspects will be explored and verified:
1. Products and Cycles used: What types of paints have you worked with?
(e.g. epoxy primers, polyurethane enamels, acrylic water-based or solvent-based finishes)
2. Equipment: What spray tools have you habitually used?
(airless, airmix systems, conventional guns) and what ordinary maintenance are you able to carry out on the systems.
