/p h3In This Role, You Will /h3 ul liPartner with Finance and business stakeholders to ensure accurate, transparent, and timely financial reporting /li liSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities across global operations /li liAnalyze financial performance, including PL, Balance Sheet, cash flow, revenues, costs, and profitability /li liProvide valuable insights into business drivers, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities /li liSupport revenue recognition activities and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies /li liMonitor inventory performance, stock valuations, and provisions, helping drive operational efficiency /li liInvestigate financial variances, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions /li liPrepare management reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for senior stakeholders /li liContribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes, tools, and financial governance /li /ul h3We are seeking a proactive and analytical finance professional who combines strong technical expertise with a business-oriented mindset.
You bring: /h3 ul liA degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field /li liSolid experience in financial controlling, business finance, FPA, or financial reporting /li liStrong knowledge of financial statements, profitability analysis,



and performance controlling /li liUnderstanding of Revenue Recognition principles and related accounting requirements /li liExperience with SAP S/4HANA /li liKnowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for reporting and business analytics is considered a strong advantage /li liAdvanced Excel and data analysis capabilities /liliExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail /li liThe ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills /li liFluent English /li liItalian language skills are considering a strong asset /li /ul h3Compensation Details /h3 pThe employment framework is based on the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry, with an indicative level between B2/B3 and a minimum gross annual salary starting from € ******.
/p pThe specific level and compensation package will be defined based on the outcome of the selection process (including experience, skills set, and role fit), in accordance with objective, transparent, and gender-neutral criteria, in line with pay equity and equal opportunity principles.
