Position Summary
As a
Digital & eCommerce Specialist
, you will support the management and growth of key eCommerce customers, with a primary focus on Amazon and other strategic e-retailers, specifically on
Solgar, Vital Proteins and Meritene
brands.
You will contribute to the execution of commercial plans, promotional activities, digital shelf initiatives and performance analysis, ensuring excellent customer execution and sustainable business growth.
Working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Media and eBusiness teams, you will help maximize product visibility, availability and conversion across online retail platforms.
This role is ideal for a proactive, analytical and digitally savvy professional looking to strengthen hands-on expertise across the eCommerce ecosystem.
A Day in the Life of a Digital & eCommerce Specialist




Support the day-to-day management of Amazon and other key eCommerce customers.
Manage purchase orders and coordinate with Supply Chain teams to ensure product availability and service levels.
Execute Amazon's commercial calendar, including Prime Day, Black Friday and promotional activations.
Monitor sales performance and key eCommerce KPIs, identifying opportunities for growth.
Drive Digital Shelf excellence by improving product visibility, content quality and online discoverability.
Optimize PDPs, SEO titles, descriptions and product content to improve conversion.
Collaborate with Media & Search teams to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Monitor assortment, stock levels and online execution across customer platforms.
Analyze business results, challenge forecasts and recommend actions to improve performance.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of customer initiatives.
