Company Description

La Marzocco Srl, a leading manufacturer of high-end equipment for the specialty coffee industry, is looking for a After Sales Specialist to join its team at the Scarperia e San Piero (FI) or Milano (MI) (To be defined during the interview process).

Position

In this role, you will participate in the following activities:

- Proactively manage the relationship with the distributor, with particular focus on after-sales service in your assigned sales territory, in order to build and strengthen a lasting and productive relationship;

- Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer during the post-sale phase, supporting them in product-related decision-making processes and strategies, in collaboration with the Export Area Managers and Customer Care;

- Develop training programs and provide technical training—both at the company’s headquarters and at the customer’s site—regarding the operation, maintenance, and use of the machines;

- Demonstrate a strong aptitude for hands-on work, particularly in the mechanical field, by directly providing support at the point of sale, as well as during demonstrations and laboratory tests;

- Collaborate with the Marketing department to organize events and create product-related content.

Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering;
- Professional background in mechanical or electronic engineering;
- Strong inclination towards knowledge sharing and active engagement with the technology behind the company’s products;
- Strong public speaking skills, both in front of large audiences and in one-on-one interactions;




- Fluency in English for use in client interactions and in delivering technical content during training sessions;
- Dynamic, proactive, and positive attitude toward clients;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Willingness to travel across Italy to support activities within the assigned distributor markets.

- Transparent Compensation: We offer a salary commensurate with your experience, promoting fairness. The gross annual salary (RAL) for this position starts at 35.000,00€, and the applicable national collective bargaining agreement (CCNL) is the Piccola media industria Metalmeccanica —CONFAPI. The final offer and pay grade may vary based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, such as the candidate’s skills, seniority, background, and qualifications for the job;
