/ppWe are seeking a CRA II to manage investigative sites across Italy, ensuring clinical trials are conducted in accordance with study protocols, ICH-GCP, and applicable regulatory requirements.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliConduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
/liliEnsure patient safety, data integrity, and protocol compliance.
/liliPerform source data verification and review study documentation.
/liliManage site relationships and provide ongoing support to investigators and study staff.
/liliAssist with ethics committee and regulatory submissions where required.
/liliMonitor investigational product accountability and site performance.
/liliMaintain Trial Master File (TMF) documentation and support query resolution.




/liliCollaborate with cross-functional study teams to ensure successful trial delivery.
/li /ulh3About You /h3ulliLife Sciences degree or equivalent experience, plus recognised CRA training.
/liliMinimum 4 years' clinical research experience.
/liliMinimum 2 years' monitoring experience as a CRA.
/liliStrong knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trial regulations, and site management.
/liliFluent in Italian with a good command of English.
/liliExcellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
/liliAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
/liliValid driver's licence and willingness to travel up to 75%.
