Overview
In this role you will drive standardization and optimization of SAP-MES production processes across regions. You will work within Operations ITS EMEA to shape process design, validate scope, and coordinate a global key-user network. You will translate requirements into implementable solutions, ensuring transparent, efficient operations. Responsabilità
Define detailed process steps and deviations within your area
Promote standardization and support scope validation across regions/sites
Identify and propose new opportunities for process standardization
Coordinate design of new requirements and communicate decisions




Coordinate and manage the global key-user network
Serve as primary contact for local key users and manage deliverables (create, validate, test, deploy, train)
Requisiti fondamentali
Completed university studies in business informatics, business administration, engineering or a comparable field or a completed apprenticeship and relevant professional experience
Minimum 5 years of professional SAP-MES experience
Experience in problem solving with local key users and IT and in analyzing business processes
Strong elicitation and documentation of business processes and creation of requirement specifications
Good English communication; additional languages are a plus
Willingness to travel internationally
