/p h3ABOUT THE ROLE /h3 pTo strengthen our RD Department, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer – Plastic Components who will focus on the design and development of plastic parts and assemblies.
In this role, you will contribute across the full product development lifecycle—from concept to production—working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Production Engineering, Product Certification, and Service.
You will play a key role in ensuring that plastic components meet performance, cost, and manufacturability targets, supporting both new product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
/p h3GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liDesign and develop mechanical components and assemblies with a focus on plastic parts /li liEnsure designs meet functional, manufacturing,



and cost requirements /li liCreate and maintain 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD tools /li liManage Bills of Materials (BOM) and related data within the PLM system /li liSupport prototyping, testing, and validation activities /li liSelect suitable plastic materials and define appropriate manufacturing processes (e.g., injection molding) /li liEnsure compliance with product certification standards and quality requirements /li liPrepare and maintain technical documentation throughout the development process /li liCollaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to optimize design and industrialization /li /ul h3SKILLS EXPERIENCE /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent /li liPrevious experience in mechanical design, with exposure to plastic components (entry-level profiles also considered) /li liGood knowledge of 3D CAD tools (preferably PTC Creo) /li liFamiliarity with PLM systems (Windchill is a plus) /li liUnderstanding of plastic materials and manufacturing processes, especially injection molding /li liFluency in English, both written and spoken /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills /li liGood organizational and multitasking abilities /li liProactive, structured, and team-oriented mindset /li /ul h3COMPENSATION BENEFITS /h3 pThe offer includes direct employment with the company on a permanent contract, with a gross annual salary ranging from €34,000 to €45,000.
The indicated salary range reflects the expected compensation for the role and is defined based on objective criteria related to the job, including responsibilities, scope, and market benchmarks.
Placement within the range will depend on factors such as experience, qualifications, demonstrated capabilities, and internal equity.
In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for a competitive benefits package and applicable incentive programs.
