/p h3The challenge /h3 pAs Head of Claims Professional Services, you will take ownership of our Claims delivery practice, acting as the bridge between insurance business strategy, operational excellence and technology execution.
/p pYou will work with senior client stakeholders, support the successful delivery of complex transformation programmes, and lead multidisciplinary teams of analysts, consultants, and subject matter experts.
/p pYour expertise will help clients redesign and evolve their Claims operations while ensuring successful execution, measurable business outcomes and long-term partnerships.
/p h3What you will do /h3 ul liLead the Professional Services practice focused on Claims transformation initiatives.
/li liAct as a trusted advisor for senior insurance executives and business stakeholders.




/li liDrive the successful delivery of complex Claims programmes from strategic design through implementation.
/li liGuide and mentor highly skilled functional consultants and business analysts.
/li liSupport pre-sales initiatives by providing deep industry expertise and helping define transformation roadmaps.
/li liEnsure projects deliver tangible business value, operational efficiency and customer-centric outcomes.
/li liManage challenging stakeholder environments and facilitate high-level decision-making processes.
/li liContribute to the evolution of RGI's Claims offering by bringing market insights, best practices and innovation ideas.
/li liBuild strong, long-term relationships with insurance clients and key industry stakeholders.

/p pYou have spent a significant part of your career helping insurers improve, transform or modernise their Claims operations and systems.
You combine deep domain expertise with strong leadership skills and the credibility required to influence senior decision-makers.
/p pYou understand not only technology, but also the business,



operational and regulatory complexities that make Claims one of the most strategic functions within an insurance company.
/p h3What we are looking for /h3 ul li15+ years of experience within the insurance industry, with a strong focus on Claims.
/li liExtensive knowledge of end-to-end Claims processes across Property Casualty insurance.
/li liProven track record leading large Claims transformation or modernisation programmes.
/li liExperience working with tier-one insurers or major insurance software ecosystems.
/li liStrong leadership capabilities and experience managing senior teams and complex delivery organisations.
/li liAbility to engage confidently with C-level and executive stakeholders.
/li liExcellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
/li liStrong consulting mindset with the ability to balance strategic vision and execution excellence.
/li liInternational experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments is highly appreciated.
/li liFluent English.
