ResponsabilitàProcess orders and coordinate with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
Act as first point of contact for customers, resolving queries and orders
Support after-sales service by resolving issues and maintaining clear communication




Monitor targets like inventory turnover, on-time delivery, and Net Promoter Score to drive continuous improvement
Implement customer support strategy to enhance operational excellence and customer satisfaction
Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor degree (no minimum experience) or Associate degree with 1 year related experience or High School diploma with 2 years related experience
Customer support or quality management experience in manufacturing
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong communication skills (oral and written)
Knowledge of ABB systems SPINE, SAP, SOM (plus)
Ability to operate in a fast-paced team environment and make quick decisions
Authorized to work in the US; no relocation expected
