/p pOperating from our Milan HQ, the team manages both the HEAD Sportswear category (Tennis and Ski apparel) and Le Col, our premium cycling apparel brand.
/p pWe are seeking a candidate to support and coordinate day-to-day logistics operations for both brands.
In this role, you will work closely with internal teams, warehouses, carriers, and logistics partners.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage daily inbound and outbound logistics activities and customer deliveries.
/li liCoordinate shipments with warehouses, carriers, freight forwarders and 3PL partners.
/li liMonitor orders from release to delivery, proactively managing delays and operational issues.
/li liEnsure accuracy of shipping documentation and logistics data.
/li liSupport returns, claims, delivery discrepancies and stock reconciliation activities.
/li liMonitor logistics KPIs, lead times and transportation costs.
/li liWork closely with Sales Operations, Customer Service, Finance and Planning teams.
/li liSupport process improvements and seasonal business peaks.
/li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul li3 to 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain.




/li liGood knowledge of transportation, warehouse and order-to-delivery processes.
/li liExperience with international shipping, 3PL warehouses and customs procedures.
/li liKnowledge of UK logistics dynamics and regulations is a plus.
/li liGood knowledge of Excel and ERP systems (SAP) /li liFluent in Italian and good command of English.
/li liExperience in sportswear, fashion, apparel or consumer goods is considered a plus.
