/ppbr / /ppThe role will be performed in a strongfull remote /strong working model and will involve close collaboration with international technical and security teams.
/ppA good command of strongEnglish is mandatory /strong, as the resource will operate on a daily basis in an international environment.
/ppbr / /ppMain Responsibilities /pulliManagement and configuration of strongAkamai Web Application Firewall (WAF) /strong solutions.
/liliDefinition, implementation and tuning of security policies.
/liliAnalysis and management of false positives, anomalies and security events.
/liliProtection of web applications and APIs from common cyber threats.
/liliMonitoring and troubleshooting of WAF-related issues.
/liliSupport in the analysis of web vulnerabilities and application security risks.
/liliCollaboration with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Development and Application teams.
/liliSupport in the management of security rules, signatures and protection mechanisms.
/liliContribution to the continuous improvement of web application security controls.




/li /ulpbr / /ppRequirements /pulliAt least strong3 years of professional experience /strong in Cybersecurity, Application Security or a similar role.
/liliHands-on experience with strongAkamai WAF /strong.
/liliGood knowledge of strongWeb Application Security /strong principles.
/liliKnowledge of the strongOWASP Top 10 /strong and common web vulnerabilities.
/liliExperience in WAF policy management, rule tuning and application protection.
/liliExperience in troubleshooting and security analysis activities.
/liliGood analytical and problem-solving skills.
/liliAbility to work autonomously and collaborate with distributed international teams.
/lilistrongProfessional working proficiency in English /strong.
