Position technologies within broader infrastructure solutions (backup generation, BESS, switchgear, grid integration)
Support customers through long, consultative sales cycles




Build and strengthen partnerships with EPC contractors, generator packagers, switchgear manufacturers, BESS providers, grid/utility tech companies, digital platform providers, engineering consultants
Lead opportunity planning, qualification, and pipeline development; support negotiations to award
Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business or related discipline
***** years in complex solution sales within international B2B environments
Experience in Data Centres, Critical Power, Power Generation, Energy Infrastructure, Grid Technologies or Industrial Electrification
Proven track record managing strategic accounts with long cycles and multiple stakeholders
Experience engaging with C-level and senior technical decision-makers
Understanding of EPC, consultants and technology partners in project delivery models
Fluent English and Italian required; Spanish and/or French advantageous
Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management
Consultative, solution-oriented selling approach
Ability to influence complex organisations without direct authority
Experience with mission-critical infrastructure sales
Knowledge of Backup Generation, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), switchgear, grid integration
Understanding of data centre power solutions and utility interfaces
