In this role, you will ensure adherence to local, EU, and international regulations while supporting the implementation of internal compliance frameworks, ethical standards, and corporate policies.You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external authorities, and third-party partners on a broad range of compliance topics including GDPR, trade compliance, anti-corruption, whistleblower protection, sustainability initiatives, and governance processes.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update the regulatory register, ensuring compliance with applicable local, EU, and international standards and regulationsSupport the implementation and maintenance of the Organizational, Management and Control Model pursuant to Modello 231, including risk assessments, internal controls, training activities, and coordination with the Organismo di VigilanzaMonitor trade compliance regulations, sanctions, and embargoes, including third-party due diligence and screening activitiesSupport GDPR compliance through implementation and maintenance of data protection policies and proceduresDevelop, deliver, and maintain compliance training and awareness initiatives across the organizationImplement and monitor anti-corruption policies and maintain the company gift registerOversee whistleblower protection processes in accordance with applicable regulations and internal requirementsDevelop, review,
