Moreover, monitor and manage suppliers' performance and continuous improvement project, supporting commodity strategy, improving supply chain resilience and providing risk reduction actions.br/Take ownership to drive business success /ppAs Supplier Fulfillment Manager - Sourcing Management, you will be the main point of contact for Suppliers for all activities related to the execution of the direct materials supplies for Gas Turbine Flow Business.
You will work with Suppliers to ensure On Time Delivery for goods and related documents and to identify and implement continuous development programs for improving their performances, capacity and capability.br/You will be accountable to solve complex problems, execute objectives, and support short-term/long-term business goals.
You will ensure that business strategies are followed for execution and quality.
You will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for the product/commodity managed /ph3Partner with the best /h3ulliManaging delivery of materials for the assigned Suppliers, monitoring the production plan and coordinating Logistics until receiving into the systems, in line with Company processes and procedures.
/liliInteract with Material Management, Manufacturing and Global Supplier Execution Process Excellence Team in order to ensure material availability /liliCollaborating with Suppliers to ensure On Time Delivery for all documentation associated with the materials supplied.
/liliInteracting with the Platform and Operating Units inside Procurement Organization and to provide regular feedback about Supplier performances to refine the Supplier strategy and ensure consistent strategy with Gas Turbine flow business.




/liliPartnering with Quality to support Supplier surveillance and on time issues resolution.
/liliCooperating with Logistic team to generate transportation best plan to minimize cost and improve efficiency.
/liliSupporting both Vendor Recovery negotiations results and Account Payable resolution on invoices issues.
/liliSupporting key Procurement initiatives through continuous improvement projects.
/liliEnsuring Supplier compliance with regulatory and reputation requirements.
/li /ulh3Fuel your passion /h3ulliHave a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, or alternative MBA, or equivalent experience.
/liliHave proven experience in Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management and/or Commercial, with preferred knowledge of oil and gas products.
/liliDemonstrate marked leadership skills, being able to effectively drive execution, influence internal stakeholders and guiding peers growth.
/liliDemonstrate the ability to quickly adapt to learn and consolidate new products, business areas and managed commodities.
/liliHave strong attitude and open mindset focused on partnership, inclusivity, proactivity and fast innovation, to embrace the Cultural Transformation Company need.
/liliBe stress resilient with professional attitude and have experience in managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a complex working environment.
