Overview

The Company is seeking an Operational & ICT Risk Manager within the Risk Management team.

Based in Dublin, this is an exceptional job opportunity with a top-tier asset management company working closely with the business.

What you'll be doing

Key responsabilities will be:

- Maintain and enhance the Operational & ICT Risk Management Framework.
- Coordinate risk self-assessments and support annual operational and ICT risk reviews.
- Monitor risk appetite, emerging risks, incidents and loss data.
- Perform risk evaluations, defining controls and mitigation actions.
- Maintain the risk map, criticalities register and remediation plans.
- Assess third-party risks, support due diligence and monitoring.
- Prepare reporting and promote a strong risk culture.

Who we are looking for

If you want to turn your passion into a career and you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

- At least 5 years in Risk, Compliance, Audit or IT Governance
- Strong data analysis capabilities and understanding of business processes
- Knowledge of operational resilience, ICT risk management,



third-party risk and relevant regulatory frameworks including DORA
- Ability to prepare risk reports and present findings to senior management
- English is essential; Italian is an advantage
- Candidates with less experience may also be considered if they have a strong relevant background.
