Overview

In this role you will drive growth for Dow's Data Center segment within DIS across Europe, partnering with customers and industry players to evangelize Dow’s cooling solutions. You will analyze market trends, identify unmet needs, and craft value propositions while building strategic partnerships. You’ll engage with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to scale opportunities in a fast-growing, data-centerfocused market. This position offers a chance to shape Dow’s long-term expansion in sustainable, energy-efficient cooling technologies.

Responsabilità

- Execute the growth strategy for Dow's Data Center market segment within DIS
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new business opportunities and partnerships
- Build relationships with Data Center owners, engineering firms, co-locators, OEMs, EPCs, and other stakeholders
- Monitor market trends, competitors, technology, and regulatory changes to spot opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing, technology, product management, and commercial teams to develop regional value propositions




- Lead customer engagement and support commercialization of new products and solutions
- Represent Dow at industry conferences, trade associations, and customer events

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline
- Significant experience in business development, market development, marketing, commercial, or strategic growth roles
- Experience in Data Centers, electronics, thermal management, power infrastructure, industrial technologies, or related markets
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic partnerships and translate customer needs into opportunities
- Knowledge of Data Center cooling technologies, thermal management solutions, or infrastructure materials
- Experience launching or scaling new business opportunities
- Professional proficiency in English; additional European languages are beneficial
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally (up to 30%)
