Driven by innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, the company is seeking an Industrial Controller who will act as a key business partner to Operations and Finance, supporting strategic and operational decision-making.ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will be directly responsible for:- Monitor and analyze industrial performance KPIs, production efficiency, and operational profitability.- Prepare monthly management reporting packages and variance analyses versus budget and forecast.- Support month-end closing activities related to production costs, inventory, and manufacturing overheads.- Analyze standard costs, actual costs, and production variances, identifying areas for improvement.- Monitor inventory valuation, stock movements, provisions, and slow-moving inventory.- Partner with Production, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Engineering teams to support business decisions through data-driven analysis.- Support the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting exercises.- Track CAPEX projects and evaluate investment performance.- Perform profitability analyses by product line, customer, plant,



or business unit.- Develop reporting tools and dashboards to enhance operational visibility and decision-making.- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing productivity and reducing costs.- Ensure compliance with internal control policies and Group reporting requirements.Your ProfileThe Company will consider applicants that meet the following requirements:- Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or equivalent.- 3 to 7 years of experience in Industrial Controlling, Plant Controlling, Cost Accounting, or Manufacturing Finance.- Strong knowledge of industrial costing, inventory accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.- Experience within manufacturing or industrial environments.- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Navision, Dynamics, Oracle or similar).- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.- Good communication skills and ability to interact with both finance and operational stakeholders.- Professional working proficiency in English.City: BresciaSalary Package: CCNL Metalmeccanico b2/b3, GAS 45.000€ - 55.000€.?Candidates, in compliance with Legislative Decree 198/2006, 215/2003 and 216/2003, are invited to read the privacy notice available below the data request form on the application page (EU Regulation No. 2016/679).The job offer is open to candidates of all genders, in compliance with Legislative Decree 198/2006 and current regulations on equal opportunities.
