Overview In this role you build trusted advisor relationships with key executives and stakeholders, configuring and pricing solutions while coordinating cross-functional input. You manage orders end-to-end to maximize profitability and drive new company initiatives within your territory. You maintain a sales plan aligned to annual quotas and grow a healthy pipeline using Vertiv processes. You collaborate across teams to deliver excellent customer experience and expand opportunities. Responsabilità - Maintain annual sales plans per account and identify new clients and opportunities - Sell Vertiv Thermal & Power products to engineers, architects, and technical personnel - Develop and maintain product-specific and industry technical expertise - Collaborate with other Account Managers to optimize customer experience - Achieve or exceed annual sales quotas - Maintain 3x quota level pipeline in CRM with personal sales activity - Develop and grow relationships within customer organizations - Prepare accurate quotations using Vertiv tools and processes - Provide sales support to customers and end-users in the territory - Build rapport through in-field visits and manage orders from entry to shipment Requisiti fondamentali - Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical/business-related field - 2+ years of successful sales experience - Ability to learn technical data and translate it to others - Proficiency in executing tactical plans to win business - Coachable and willing to learn - Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset - Self-disciplined, able to manage multiple priorities - Strong organization, detail-orientation, and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook - Strong interpersonal skills - Customer-first mindset - Coachability - Technical sales ability - Ability to learn and translate technical data - CRM usage for pipeline management
