Candidates should travel across Europe based on business requirement

Experience: 3-6 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage procurement and sourcing of materials across Europe.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Create and manage Purchase Orders through ERP.
- Monitor supplier cost, quality, and delivery performance.
- Coordinate sea and air shipments from Europe.
- Work with freight forwarders, transporters, shipping lines, and customs agents.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery or customs issues.
- Manage shipping, export, and customs documentation.
- Ensure compliance with INCOTERMS, HS Codes, and trade requirements.
- Coordinate with UAE, Italy, Germany, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
- Conduct supplier visits, audits, factory inspections, and quality checks.
- Maintain supplier and procurement records.
- Support cost savings, supplier development, and performance reporting.




- Travel across Europe as required.

Ideal Candidate:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or international sourcing experience.
- Experience with European suppliers and international logistics.
- Furniture, interiors, or manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems, Excel, INCOTERMS, and import/export processes.
- Fluent in English with Italian or German mandatory.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, commercially minded, and able to work independently.
- Willing to travel across Europe.
