Scope:
Our client is looking for a Senior .Net Developer, who can develop and maintain integrations with Italian public healthcare systems, focusing on secure SOAP/REST services and authentication.

Tasks:
* Develop applications in C# and .NET
* Build and maintain SOAP/WCF and REST integrations
* Implement OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, JWT, and mTLS
* Ensure application security and testing
* Integrate with Italian healthcare services

Required Skills:
* 8-10+ years of professional .NET development experience
* C#
* .NET Framework 4.6 / 4.8
* .NET Standard 2.0
* .NET 8+
* SOAP / WCF
* REST / HTTP APIs
* JWT, OAuth2, OpenID Connect

* X.509 Certificates (mTLS, XML Digital Signatures)
