This is a hands-on operational finance role supporting two manufacturing sites, with a particular focus on industrial controlling, product costing, inventory management and performance analysis. This role will suit an experienced Plant Controller, Industrial Controller or Head of Controlling with a strong manufacturing background.Key Responsibilities:Manufacturing performance reporting and analysisProduct costing and production cost analysisCost centre reporting and variance analysisInventory analysis, valuation and stock movement reportingBudgeting and forecasting activitiesMonthly management reportingBusiness performance reviews and KPI trackingSupporting operational decision-making through financial insightBusiness Partner with stakeholders across the business, including Plant leadership teams, Operations,



Accounting and FinanceCandidate Profile:Fluent Italian and EnglishSignificant experience within a manufacturing or industrial environmentStrong industrial / plant controlling expertiseProven product costing and standard costing experienceStrong knowledge of inventory reporting and valuationExperience supporting manufacturing operations and production teamsStrong budgeting, forecasting and reporting capabilitiesExcellent business partnering skillsConfidence operating within a factory-based environmentImmediately availableSites & Travel:The role supports two manufacturing locations within Northern Italy.
