In 2025, revenues reached 3.7 billion euros.* We are looking for a person to join the Global Division Foundation Brake - Disc who will be responsible for: * Ensuring the planning, coordination, and verification of all design, prototyping, and experimentation activities to obtain technical product approval and ensure customer satisfaction. * Ensuring the use of the Platform as a reference for product design and development, managing technical discussions with the Customer and supporting the Platform and the Commercial department in order acquisition. * Ensuring the planning and coordination of project development activities within the area of competence, in agreement with the Manager.



* Ensuring the collection and integration of project technical specifications and their transfer to competent internal functions. * Ensuring the control of project development activities, updating the Development Plan, monitoring deviations, analyzing their causes, and reporting them to both internal functions and the Customer's technical experts, promoting their resolution. * Ensuring the control of design review activities. * Ensuring the execution of project FMEA activities, ensuring the implementation of corrective and preventive actions resulting from the analysis. * Ensuring, in the phases following the start of production, the coordination of activities related to product modification requests and/or the management of critical issues that emerged during series production. Requirements: * Degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical/Management Engineering * 1-2 years of experience in Project Management roles * Excellent knowledge of the English language Nice to have: * Knowledge of the German language The package includes: * Classification starting from level B1 of the Metalworking CCNL, depending on seniority and skills * Gross Annual Salary (RAL) starting from €31,879.38 (minimum foreseen by CCNL for level B1), depending on seniority and skills * Performance premio (average gross value upon achieving the target): €6,000 * Company benefits system Workplace: Stezzano (BG) *The company guarantees data processing in accordance with European Regulation n. 2016/679, referring to the privacy policy available by continuing with this application.
