Job Title: Recruitment Senior Partner

We are seeking an experienced International Recruiter with 5+ years of proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment across global markets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience sourcing, screening, and hiring talent for international roles, managing stakeholders across geographies, and ensuring compliance with local hiring practices. This role requires excellent communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (end-to-end recruitment) including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding for international positions
- Partner closely with global hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce needs and hiring strategies
- Source candidates using multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, networking, and direct sourcing
- Screen and evaluate candidates for technical, functional, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and conduct initial interviews and facilitate interview processes across time zones
- Manage offer negotiations, compensation discussions, and candidate closure
- Ensure compliance with international labor laws, hiring practices, and documentation requirements
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future international hiring needs
- Provide regular recruitment reports, market insights, and hiring status updates to leadership
- Enhance employer branding and candidate experience throughout the hiring process
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in international recruitment with strong exposure to end-to-end hiring
- Hands-on experience hiring across multiple geographies (e.g., US, Europe, APAC, Middle East, etc.)
- Strong understanding of global recruitment trends, sourcing techniques, and market intelligence
- Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across time zones
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
