Overview

As a CRA II at ICON, you design and analyze clinical trials, ensuring data integrity and patient safety while advancing innovative therapies. You will monitor sites, collaborate with investigators, and contribute to study documentation. This role supports cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global environment and involves travel. You will help bring new medicines to patients faster by upholding high-quality standards and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilità

- Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical trials
- Ensure protocol compliance, data integrity, and patient safety throughout the trial process




- Collaborate with investigators and site staff to facilitate smooth study conduct
- Perform data review and resolution of queries to maintain high-quality clinical data
- Contribute to preparation and review of study documentation, including protocols and clinical study reports

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor's degree in scientific or healthcare-related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate
- In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 60%)
