This luxury resort is part of a well-respected hospitality group that owns and manages luxury properties in Europe, Indian Ocean and in East Africa.Reporting directly to theResident Manager, the EAM will be the#2 operational leaderand will play a key role in the overall management, guest experience, team leadership, and financial performance of the resort. We are looking for a hands-on, commercially minded and highly polished hotelier who can operate effectively as the Resident Manager's right hand, take ownership of the resort's day-to-day operation, and assume overall operational responsibility in the Resident Manager's absence.Experience in luxury resorts in Europe is preferred.



German and Italian language skills will be valuable for this role.Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate will be awell-rounded luxury hotelierwith strong operational experience across the major hotel divisions, particularlyRooms and Food & Beverage .Key requirements:Significant experience inluxury hotels and resorts, preferably internationally recognized properties.StrongEuropean luxury-hospitality experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked inGermany and/or Italy .Previous experience atEAM, Hotel Manager, Director of Operations, Operations Manager, or comparable senior level.Broad operational knowledge acrossRooms, F&B, Guest Experience, and other key hotel functions .Proven ability to lead and developsenior department heads and multicultural teams .Strong understanding ofhotel operations, P&L, revenue, cost control, and service excellence .Previousluxury resort experiencestrongly preferred.International experience and excellent English communication skills essential. xysqume Compensation: A competitive expat package will be offered, commensurate with the successful candidate’s experience, qualifications, and overall strengths.If you are qualified for the above role, please send your current resume with a cover note to Yasmin Khambatta at
