As an IS Manufacturing Expert for Italy, you will drive SAP-based manufacturing solutions for CELINE's industrial unit across Italy and in Paris. You will lead SAP module implementation, ensure alignment with standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes. You’ll act as the liaison between local business units, IS&T, and the global SAP team, translating business needs into technical requirements. The role blends project leadership, manufacturing know-how, and SAP specialization to enable efficient, scalable operations in the fashion sector. Responsabilità

- Lead SAP module implementations tailored for industrial manufacturing
- Ensure SAP solutions align with standards and best practices
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure quality and minimize regressions
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and with high quality
- Interface between local business units,



IS&T; and global SAP team to translate business needs into requirements
- Provide expert guidance on SAP functionalities in supply chain manufacturing and Finance
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive SAP innovation

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master's degree in Information Technology or Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience on SAP implementations
- Solid knowledge of SAP solutions (functional and technical aspects)
- Experience or strong interest in SAP S/4HANA migration projects (highly desirable)
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, especially in fashion
- Proficiency in SAP modules related to Planning, Purchasing, Logistics and Finance
- Excellent business acumen and ability to align tech choices with strategic goals
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus
